常委会组成人员166人出席会议，出席人数符合法定人数。
会议表决通过了全国人大常委会关于批准《中华人民共和国和毛里求斯共和国关于刑事司法协助的条约》的决定、关于批准《中华人民共和国和尼泊尔关于刑事司法协助的条约》的决定、关于批准《中华人民共和国和塞内加尔共和国引渡条约》的决定、关于批准《中华人民共和国和希腊共和国引渡条约》的决定。
